• We offer basic design services for an additional fee. These services are limited and described separately.

4. Order Placement and Payment

• Orders are placed through our website and require full payment before production begins.
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods specified on the site.
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but your order will be honored at the price quoted at the time of purchase.

5. Production and Delivery

• Production times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume and complexity.
• We strive to deliver orders promptly but are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., equipment failure, shipping disruptions).
• Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and order size.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
• After 24 hours, cancellations may be subject to a processing fee.
• We do not offer refunds for orders that have already entered production, except in cases of our error (e.g., printing errors not present in the supplied artwork).

7. Returns and Replacements

• We will replace defective items or items damaged during shipping at no additional cost.
• You must notify us of any issues within 7 days of receiving your order.
• We do not accept returns for custom-printed items unless they are defective or damaged.

8. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights in your supplied artwork.
• By placing an order, you grant us a limited license to use your artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Our liability for any claim related to your order is limited to the total amount paid for that order.
