We strive to provide the highest quality custom printing services and ensure your satisfaction with every order. However, due to the personalized nature of our products, we have a specific returns and refunds policy:

Digital Proofs and Approval

Before production begins, we provide digital proofs for your review and approval. It is your responsibility to carefully review these proofs for any errors, omissions, or discrepancies. Once you approve the final proof, we proceed with production, and any changes thereafter may not be possible.

Defective or Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund upon return of the damaged item.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may be subject to a processing fee or may not be possible if production has already commenced.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their custom nature, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for non-defective items that have been printed according to your approved design.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item (if applicable) or cancellation approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
